Meet Our Team
Our Mission
Our Mission is to facilitate greatness on and off the field. We help others develop the confidence and resilience needed to seek challenges, overcome obstacles, and achieve goals. We thrive on building authentic relationships and community, positively impacting lives, and sharing in the adventures of growth and performance.
It has never been more important to seek guidance and resources for building the mental strength.
We are consistently hearing about the importance of mental skills training and seeing the need for it. This is largely because so much of our world today provides us with convenience, comfort, and a false sense of connection. With a single device that we carry around in our pocket, we can order food to our doorstep, change the thermostat, and check in on our friends without a single step or human interaction. There is nothing inherently wrong with any of those things, cellphones, or the other luxuries of the 21st century. However, they don’t mentally prepare us for the journey toward meaningful or challenging goals. That journey is difficult, full of adversity, often very uncomfortable, and requires genuine support from others. We are here to be a part of the solution.

Above The Pack Mindset
Seek Challenges
It is getting above the “normal” goal to fit in (the pack mentality) and being willing to set goals that you or others might think to be unrealistic.
Face Fears
It is getting above the “normal” goal to find comfort (the pack mentality) and being willing to face the fears and failures of the climb.
Control Your Halo
It is a commitment to controlling what you can control (attitude, concentration, and effort).
Achieve Goals
It is a commitment to becoming THE BEST YOU in life and in your competitive space.
